Jacky Cutler has been involved with the world of dogs since the 1970's and owned a variety of breeds before obtaining her first Lancashire Heeler 20 years ago. Jacky has a wealth of experience spanning agility, obedience and ringcraft and her campaigning on health issues, particularly with regard to PLL is well known in the breed. As an experienced breeder her advice is often sought and highly respected. Jacky is a CC judge and a very active participant in many on line forums; she has been breed notes writer for Our Dogs for many years, has written and had published a number of articles, is a committee member of The Lancashire Heeler Association.
