HOLLAND

February 2012

In Eindhoven, three Heelers were entered into the show under judge Leonard from Ireland. It was a real Ball of the Debutantes. In the Junior Class Males Bellsmond Dancing Shadow in Traqdean (Jackson) was entered for the first time at a CAC show in the Netherlands. This youngster belonged to the last litter that the late Lynne Bell bred, and was originally owned by the late Tracy St Clair Pearce. Two bitches were entered: Bellsmond Kindred Spirit (Lynne), the sister of Jackson, in the junior class, and McHeel's Geena-D in the veteran class. Both are also debutantes, although Lynne had a little bit of experience in the puppy class. Geena is 8 years old and never appeared in a show before.

The junior dogs both proved to be a promise for the future: both received a CAC. Geena did quite well and was awarded with the res. CAC.

November 2011

At the show in Bleiswijk, 4 Heelers lined up for judge Johansson from Sweden. Abby (Marmalade's Dutch Diva, W09, JW09) became BoB with a 1 Excellent. She is now Dutch Champion. Lynne (Bellsmond Kindred Spirit) had her first appearance and ended with a Very Promising. Elvis (Axa's Ada Of Rivendell) and Phoebe (Procordia's One and Only) both received a Very Good.

At the Winner show in Amsterdam, Frank Kane judged six Heelers. For Bellsmond Kindred Spirit (Lynne) it was her second show, and again the qualification was Very Promising. Lynne became Best Puppy. Sukelyas Bangle won the Veteran Winner title and Marmalade's Dutch Diva (Abby) became Best of Breed. She was rewarded with a fantastic rosette, donated by the LHA. This gesture was greatly appreciated. And not to forget: Blossom (Traqdean Dee Van Blossom) won a Junior Winner title.

August/September 2011

It has been some time ago that I updated you  about the situation in Holland. I'll try to be more regular with these news flashes.
August was an busy period with shows. The CACIB show in Rotterdam had Traqdean Dee van Blossom as BoB. A weekend later we had the CAC show at Leeuwarden  (Foxthyme James Bond was BoB there) and on Sunday the Eurodogshow. Whereas in Rotterdam and at the CAC Leeuwarden the youngsters won, it was veteran Sukelyas Bangle to be the winner at the Euro Dog Show. With her 11,5 years she became Best Veteran, AND Best of Breed. With her 3rd BV-title Bangle also became Dutch Veteran Champion. Considering the fact that we bred her, as the first Heeler ever bred in Holland,we are very proud about this success.
