Lancashire Heeler Breed Rescue update - January 6th 2010

Lancashire Heeler Rescue successes!

A little about Cheeky - our latest Lancashire Heeler breed rescue:</ br>
Cheeky arrived with us on the 28th December, he turned out to be a really lovely little chap just wanting loads of cuddles . I had been contacted a while ago by Peggy Weeks who had Heelers in the past from Anne Bowes and Norman Johnston. She has also shown them successfully in the past. Sadly her last heeler William had recently died so Peggy found herself without a heeler . I told her about Cheeky and she and a friend arrived to meet him .
I think I can safely say it was love at first sight!

Don't you just love a happy ending?! This comes on top of having found a lovely home for Little Oscar. Thank-you to everyone who has helped in caring fot and finding homes for these most deserving Lancashire Heelers.

Lancashire Heeler Breed Rescue update - November 24th 2009

Lancashire Heeler Dogs in rescue

We picked up three Lancashire Heelers on Sunday 22nd (all from separate homes ) Holly, a 12 year old girl has already found a wonderful retirement home in Suffolk.

Big Oscar, a six year old castrated male who is very loving and loves to play would suit home with older children.

Little Oscar (again six and castrated) needs quite an understanding home with no cats or children. He is a very nice little chap but does have a few issues.

If you can help, contact any of our rescue team.
